Symptoms

Using Advanced Supply Chain Planning / Standard Data Collection
On 12.2.2 recently upgraded from 11.5.10.2,
When attempting to perform Planning Data Pull,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

ORA-02149: Specified partition does not exist
Error_Backtrace...
ORA-06512: at "APPS.MSC_CL_PURGE_STAGING", line 2014

-- Steps To Reproduce:

Customer states the issue can be reproduced at will at customer site with the following steps:
1. Upgrade VCP destination instance from EBS 11i to EBS 12.2
2. (R) Advanced Supply Chain Planner
3. (N) Collections / Oracle Systems / Standard Collection
4. Inspect the Planning Data Pull log file and observe the noted error.
