Facing Issue While Starting StartSyncPDC Process

Goal
While trying to start startSyncPDC in an PDC-BRM-ECE environment the SyncPDC is failing with the following exceptions message in log file
SEVERE: Exception executing SyncPDC job
oracle.communications.brm.pdc.migration.MigrationException: Got a non zero exit status from the command: /home/pin5/BRM75/opt/portal/7.5/bin/storableclasstoxml -r /app/ecebrm/PDCNEW/apps/syncpdc/xml/extract/Event.xml -o /event/*. Check if the BRM is up and running.

It fails in generating the event.xml files. At the time of executing startSyncPDC all BRM process are up and running. Any reason?
