Goal
It appears that the latest (from <Patch 17450101>) upgrade_account_product_split.sql only creates the au_purchased_product_cycle_f_t table but not bring over the values from the au_account_cycle_fees_t table.
Is this intended? The original upgrade scripts renamed the table, so all the values will still be there.
What is the impact if these audit values are not brought over?
