Users are not able to create crew shifts using crew shift template.
The following error occurs.

A blank Error Information pop up with only an OK button is displayed.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Main Menu->Resource Management->Shift Weekly Template.
2. Search By Date and then click on search results.
3. Click on the apply button and you can see the error pop up with blank message.
