Symptoms

On : 2.4.0 version, CI - Customer Information

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Tester reports that an address label (street) does not show on the country screen - it still shows address line 1

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
CCB-v2.3.1, an address label (street) appears as street on the screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Admin Menu - C - Country
2. Add a new Country information with detail Address 1-4 and Save
3. Go to Premise - On Country label, newly added address now showing there.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add new country address format.
