MSS 6.2.1 builds 296/248/307 | Localization Issue

On some of the workstations (running Windows XP SP3 and Windows Server 2008 R2 with Russian localization applied) filter status in work -Q manager is obscured by other elements of the interface.
It seems that the font size is bigger in this screen (tested on Win XP36.2.1.307)and thus the chars are getting chopped off from below. It should also be noted that this occurs even in English versions. In order to recreate the issue, a least 1 filter must be set up.
Expected Behavior:
The expectation is that this window/screen be corrected so that all elements are visible as appropriate.
