There is a business requirement that they need to manually edit the To Do’s Characteristics. This is done when the user needs to override the values of the To Do Characteristics. However, reading the CCB help, this seems to be impossible as this is a base behaviour.
Is it possible that the user can override this? Especially the Due Date where the managers must be able to extend the Due Date Characteristic.
Is there any work around on this one so that we can edit the characteristics even for automatic To Do’s?
