Planning ODS Load Takes A Long Time In MSC_CL_DEMAND_ODS_LOAD.LINK_SUPP_SO_DEMAND_EXT (Doc ID 1594361.1)

ODS load fails randomly.
ODS load log reports:

user defined exception.

ODS load worker logs report "timeout" as follows:

10-OCT 16:04:52 : Waiting for task to arrive
10-OCT 16:58:34 : IS_MONITOR_STATUS_RUNNING
10-OCT 16:58:34 : Concurrent Message : Timeout error.
10-OCT 16:58:34 : There is an Unknown Error in the Worker.
10-OCT 16:58:34 : Planning ODS Load process failed.
 

After we increased the timeout parameter for the ODS Load and resolved timeout error, we noticed that log file showed long time in MSC_CL_DEMAND_ODS_LOAD.LINK_SUPP_SO_DEMAND_EXT
There is not direct message but timestamps shows this taking over 45 mins to complete.
