Issue Clarification
On Oracle Life Sciences Data Hub (LSH) version,

When attempting to create a Table Descriptor from a SAS dataset, the Table Descriptor is
not created.

It is expected that the Table Descriptor should be created from the SAS data file.

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Under a SAS Load Set, in the Table Descriptors subtab, click on "File" button.
2. Select "Create a new table definition and descriptor from SAS file".
The "Import From SAS File" field appears.
3. Click on "Browse" button.
4. Browse and select airports.sas7bdat from client computer.
5. Click "Apply".
There is no Table Descriptor created from the SAS file.
