Argus Safety User Interface Is Not Showing All Menu Options (Doc ID 1594805.1)

Symptoms

Issue 1: Argus UI - User assigned to group with Reports | Aggregate Reports enabled. Is limited to viewing 3 menu options (not all 4 - CDA, Case Listing, CIOMS-II and System Reports Library). If we disable CDA - then System Reports Library will appear. If we enable CDA - System Reports Library not visible.

Issue 2: Argus UI - User assigned to group with Reports | Periodic Reportsvenabled. Is limited to viewing 3 menu options (not all 4 - CTPR, ICH PSUR, IND, NDA ). If we disable IND - then NDA will appear. If we enable IND - the NDA is not visible.
