No Support to Free-Form String as Parameter for PAPV Macro Node, An Inap Encoding Will Scramble Any Free-Form String (Doc ID 1595476.1)

Symptoms

Subscriber's mobile handset sends USSD request (query) to NCC. This request then relayed to an ASP. The reply from ASP is known to be 'Your  IMSI to: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx'. However, the subscriber's handset receives "D183EC27C3CD8BCxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx". It seems there was wrong encoding that results to that.
