View Log Link Does Not Appear in FTP Process Summary Screen After Execution of Process

On Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) 6.1, after running an FTP process, no view log link appears.
The FTP process completes with errors (FSI_PROCESS_ERRORS table contains rows with errors for the process ID). A View Log link is expected in the status field inside the Standard Process screen, however it never appears. The Status field is empty.
The following error can be found in ftpapp.log (weblayer side):
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

Steps to reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install FTP 6.1 application
2. Execute a TP Standard process which should end with errors.
3. Check the Status of the process for the View Log link.
New FTP 6.1 instalation.
