Symptoms

On Oracle Financial Services Asset Liability Management (ALM) 5.6, all ALM processes this month are failed immediately after launch with the following errors:

ERROR

From am_log_file.log:

2013-10-24 | 17:19:15 | AM | SEVERE | | | GetChildStatus : Child Terminated abnormally. Signal number = 6

From command line run:

ProcSysID = 210744
mAppId : TM_Engine
Running RM, Process ID: 210744 Engine started execution
Assertion failed: TimeInd >= 0 && TermInd >= 0 && TimeInd < m_TimePointCount && TermInd < m_TermPointCount, file IRC.cpp, line 216
Abort(coredump)

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Load rates for current period processing
2. Run ALM process
