Unable To Login To Crew Shift On New Devices Over the Cellular Network (Doc ID 1595960.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading the production environment to a new service pack, and rolling out newer mobile devices, the devices with Android 4 are unable to retrieve the shift over the cellular network.  Android 2 devices are functional and aWiFi connection is successful with either Android version.

One message linked to this problem includes, "An error occurred duringbusiness service execution"

This problem can be identified by mobile device logs that include the following errors:
