Symptoms

Although E2B outputs are being successfully created and transmitted on system,
the following message continues to be recorded in the 'ESMStatusCheckcs<instance-name><yyyymmdd>.txt' log file of ESM.

ERROR MESSAGE:

Get_Cyclone_Status Function, Error No -3709 Error - The connection cannot be used to perform this operation. It is either closed or invalid in this context.
