Symptoms


When attempting to change the status of a Requisition from Created to Pending Approval, the following error occurs:


Error-Account Splits are Incomplete or Missing


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Create a Requisition
2. Add a line item for a non-stocked Direct item
3. Add an Approval Route to the Requisition Header
4. Change the status of the Requisition from Created to Pending Approval
5. Error message is displayed - Account Splits are incomplete or missing
