Unable To Reconfigure Lines On A Booked Order (Doc ID 1596491.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Scheduling and Sourcing

When attempting to reconfigure Lines on a Booked Order the following error occurs when attempting to change
quantity, remove line items, add new items, or change like parts the error occurs -

Scheduling failed, cannot meet request date or latest acceptable date. Available Date 16-SEP-13

From OM Debug File:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Order Management Super User
2. Order Organizer > Query Order 10418289
3. Go to Lines
4. Change qty on line 1.1..3 = 0
5. Press Config. > Change qty 0 > Finish > Yes
6. Go back to Sales Order 10418289
7. Line 1.1..3 did NOT successfully update to qty = 0
8. Processing Message: Scheduling Failed: Cannot Meet Request Date Or Latest Acceptable Available Date:
