Check Availability Is Not Working Correctly For Non-English Locale

In Convergence, when you click on an email address within a received email, you have the choice of the following options:
- Add to address book
- Write a message
- Invite a New Event
- A Busy bar connected to the calendar
If you have your client in a language other than English, then the Busy Bar does not show the user's FreeBusy information; the bar is just grey. If you are using the English language, the bar does show the user's FreeBusy.
