Overridden Characteristic Label Set In Specification Not Displayed On UI (Doc ID 1597228.1)

Goal

Problem description:

1. Customer has a Characteristic defined in the Data Dictionary with name "Custom Status" which is defined as a Dropdown with 10 label value pairs.
2. Customer has defined a Specification "MobileTelephoneNumber" and used the characteristic "Custom Status", and defined a display label as "Number Status". The overidden characteristic includes only 5 enumerations of label value pairs for dropdown, from the "Custom Status" defined in the data dictionary.
3.Customer has defined another specification "SIMCard" and used the characteristic "Custom Status", and defined a display label as "SIM Card Status". The overidden characteristic includes only 5 enumerations of label value pairs for dropdown, from the "Custom Status" defined in the data dictionary.

Expected behavior :

1. In the Create page of the Telephone Number if we select the "MobileTelephoneNumber" specification, the "Number Status" label should be displayed for "Custom Status" characteristic.
2. In the Create page of the Logical Device if we select the "SIMCard" specification, the "SIM Card Status" label should be displayed for "Custom Status" characteristic.

Actual behavior:

1. "Custom Status" label is displayed for "Custom Staus" characteristic in the UI for "MobileTelephoneNumber" specification.
2. "Custom Status" label is displayed for "Custom Staus" characteristic in the UI for "SIMCard" specification.
