Symptoms
While setting the passwords of RXC users using set_pwd tool e.g. set_pwd RXC/password RXC_PD password
Opening the Secret Store location : "/home/opapps/psub_keys" failed. Contact your Administrator!
Key fetch failed!
Creating a DX view from (Conduct -> Data Extract -> Data Extract Views) fails with the same error.
