PO Need By Date Is Different From Suggested Dock Date On Rescheduling The PO From Planning Workbench (Doc ID 1597619.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Memory Based Planner

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
According to Sugg Dock Date you reschedule PO need-by date to 2013/2/25(Monday) from ASCP

After query you reschedule PO in EBS, the need-by date is updated to 2013/2/23(Saturday) not 2013/2/25(Monday)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to reschedule PO to 2013/2/25(Monday)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Set profile MSC: Use FIFO Pegging from No to Yes.

2. After launch plan,
ASCP Plan exception detail suggests to reschedule in PO from Old Dock Date 26-MAR-2013 00:00:00 to Sugg Dock Date 04-MAR-2013 00:00:00,
And 04-MAR-2013 is ”Monday” in calendar.

3.Old PO information is as below,

After release reschedule this PO from ASCP plan

Query the need-by date of PO in EBS.
Need-By date is rescheduled to 02-MAR-2013 03:55:00 not 04-MAR-2013 00:00:00.
And 02-MAR-2013 is ” Saturday” in calendar
