Subscribed Calendars Not Appearing In Convergence; Error 20 From Server (Doc ID 1598125.1)

We are using Calendar Server 7 patch 8 (v7u3-8.19) and Convergence 2 patch 4 (v2.0-4.01) in our environment.

Some users are experiencing an intermittent issue where subscribed calendars are not displayed in their subscribed list within Convergence.  When the calendars do not appear, the Firebug console shows that the get_calprops.wcap command for the missing calendar results in a WCAP error 20 (GET_CALPROPS_FAILED) error.

A snippet of the error looks like this:

We have a group of users in one department that are reporting this issue.  When they log in, many of the subscribed calendars are missing and Firebug shows errors for the missing calendars.  There is no way to resolve this issue when the calendars are missing - they cannot unsubscribe (because they can't see the calendar to right-click and unsubscribe), and when they search for the users to uncheck the subscription, the get_calprops.wcap fails, which is what would return the calendar details in the subscribe window.

The problem is specific to this group of users and we are not able to duplicate it outside of this group.

Having the users log out/log back in, also does not remedy the issue.


No changes have been made to the configuration when this was noticed.
