'500 - Internal server error' when Switching Tabs in Case Form if Primary Reporter Column Value = Null (Doc ID 1598147.1)

Symptoms

Open a locked case and click on the Patient tab, receive error '500 - Internal server error. There is a problem with the resource you are looking for, and it cannot be displayed. '

This occurs only for a locked case which has at least one entry in CASE_REPORTERS table with PRIMARY_CONTACT = NULL (does not occur when value = 0).

The database may have been upgraded from an Argus 4.2.x release.

Does not occur in releases 4.2.x, 5.1.x, but does occur in 6.0.x, 7.0.1.x and 7.0.2.
