Oracle ATG Web Commerce Hangs on Start Up Due to Nucleus Deadlock (Doc ID 1598928.1)

The ATG server never completes starting up. The last line in the log shows a successful startup up of a repository, but gives no indication where the server is hung.
For example, these may be typical last lines in the log, though what you may see in your log will vary due to your specific configuration.
