SARM Terminated with 'Message Queue Not Exist' and 'Connections Exceeded' Errors (Doc ID 1598939.1)

Symptoms

The SARM process crashed and a core dump was generated.

The following errors were logged in the SARM diagnostic file:

“srv_putmsgq() Failed, Msg Q 645, Flags 32 - Msg Q Does not Exist”

"Configuration of 100 connections has been exceeded, connection rejected"
