On : Agile 9.3.1.2 version, Searches
Cannot use $TODAY in advance search when user's language is chinese

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch Agile web client.
2. Do Advance Search change order as below criteria:
Changes | Change order |Object search
> Issue date >= $TODAY
3. Error occurred.
