File Sent by mail With Windows 'Sent to' Feature Is Not Displayed as Attachment When Opening Received Mail.

The end-user sent a PDF file via email by right-clinking on the file in Windows Explorer and using the option 'Send to'.
When a Convergence receives the message, he sees a paperclip icon on that message in the list of messages in the folder, which indicates the message has an attachment.
But when he opens the message, no attachment is shown.
Opening the same message with Thunderbird shows the attachment.
