Symptoms
Suppose an account is created with this offer configuration:
1. Deal 1a associated to Product 1a with a cycle forward event
2. Deal 2a associated to Product 2b with a cycle forward event
3. Deal 3a associated to Discount 1a (configured with Model 01) that discounts only Product 1a
When Deal 3c is cancelled, the event with monetary impact is not generated.
Note: the flag "keep_cancelled_products_or_discounts" is disabled.
Reproduction Steps:
1. Create an account and buy the plan “Plan Dummy - Cycle Event”
2. Buy the “Deal 1a”
3. Buy the “Deal 3a”
4. Cancel the “Deal 3a”
