MWM (SP5) InitialSetup Very Slow On Building AppViewer.war And An Unexpected Number Of Files Included In The Installer (Doc ID 1599481.1)

A recent upgrade was conducted to MWM (SP5) from MWM (SP4). Now when running it can take up to 30 mins to complete, when it prevously took less than 5 mins.

On SP4 there were far fewer files to copy.  SP5 has 37922 files and SP4 6880. Why?
