Errors in Scheduling Modules: The WorkClass Named Query was not Found and The WorkCategory Named Query was not Found (Doc ID 1599551.1)

Symptoms


The Work Class and Work Category are new fields in the "Add Tasks from Work Orders" option on both the Daily Schedule and WorkWeek Schedule modules. There is a LOV button for both, but when selected, the following errors are received:

ERROR

Error Message: The WorkClass Named Query was not found.

The following SQL statement was the last SQL statement executed by the application before this error occurred.
(note that this SQL statement may or may not be related to this error)
"select query_data_source
from xt_user_default_layout
where username='DEFAULT'
and module='Ai'
and page='NamedQuery'"

Error Message: The WorkCategory Named Query was not found.

The following SQL statement was the last SQL statement executed by the application before this error occurred.
(note that this SQL statement may or may not be related to this error)
"select query_data_source
from xt_user_default_layout
where username='DEFAULT'
and module='Ai'
and page='NamedQuery'"




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Access the Daily Schedule Module
2. Select the 'Add Tasks from Work Orders' action
3. Add the Work Class and Work Category fields from the Options link if they are not already displayed
4. Select the LOV button for both- Errors are displayed
5. Same problem occurs from the WorkWeek Schedule Module in the 'Add Tasks' Wizard
