Goal

To correctly handle situations where individual Number Portability numbers are added or modified when a number range of the same entry type already exists. This is typified by one of the following PI errors:

These errors will typically be seen when attempting to:

1. Add a new NP number that overlaps an existing range of the same entry type (Subscriber (S) or Operator (O))
   
   
2. Change the activation date of one or more numbers within an existing range
   
   
3. Change any other data of one or more numbers within an existing range
