REFRESH BUTTON DOES NOT RELOAD THE DASHBOARD(ALERT ZONE) IN CCB V2.4. (Doc ID 1599739.1)

Symptoms

Refresh button does not reload the Dashboard in CCB v2.4. This is causing zones (e.g. Alert Zone) in the Dashboard not to reflect the updated informations.

Steps to Replicate:


For this scenario we open 2 CC&B pages. This is to recreate a scenario where the actual update is not made on the online page (e.g. completing an account alert via batch program) and the refresh button was clicked.

1. Window 1: Load the account. Add an account alert. Account Alert is displayed on the Dashboard.

2. Window 2: Load the same account and try to delete the account alert. Account alert is deleted and dashboard was refreshed. This is because we click on the Save button.

3. Window 1: Go to Window 1, the account alert in the alert page and dash board still exists. Now click the Refresh button.

4. Window 1: The alert page was refreshed and show that the alert was removed BUT the alert in the dashboard still exists. This is because it did not reload the dashboard after clicking the Refresh button.

Note: We tried this same scenario in a 2.3.1 SP6 environment and it works. This is just to confirm that it is not working in a 2.4 version.
