Goal

The following error message is seen in Argus Safety in the Reports > Processed E2B Reports section:

Acknowledgement field is empty for this report. Unable to extract acknowledgment information.

The following error may be found in the ESM_E2BImport log file:

System Error has occurred in E2BReceive.Main Fn. Process_Files function did not successfully process fiie name '\\123XYX.xml'
