Error Closing WQ from Work Queue Item Search Result Screen for User with Backslash in ID (Doc ID 1600452.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to close a WQ item for a user with id in the format domain\user, the following error message is seen:


Error (0x90002269): LSDB5106: Unable to delete WQITEM record(s): LSDB5104: No records where UIDWQITEM = UID and WQQUEUECODE = 'MDM' and PRIORITYLEVEL = 1 and WORKBYTIME = 'TIME' and ASSIGNEDTOUSERID = 'DOMAIN\\USERID' and ASSIGNEDTOTIME = ASSIGNEDTOTIME and APPRSTEPNUM is null and APPRSTEPCOUNT is null were found.

The expected result is to close the work queue.
