Information in this document applies to any platform.


On all versions of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) up to and including 5.0.2, accounts belonging to an unavailable batch are still able to use rated services.

From the beVWARS debug, it can be seen the batch is "unavailable":

As a result, the Feature Node exits out the success exit and services are able to be used.
