The users BRM implementation uses a real-time zoning Pipeline. It is noticed that the Pipeline Manager frequently stops running which causes real-time rating to fail and the user has to restart the Pipeline Manager to restore the functionality.
The logs do not contain the messages that are normally logged when the Pipeline Manager is stopped through the semaphore file, and it is not identified any process or user that would be killing the Pipeline Manager process. Sometimes there is a diagnostic file generated when the Pipeline Manager stops running but not always.
Please help to understand why the Pipeline Manager stops running so frequently?
