Last updated on SEPTEMBER 14, 2016

Applies to:

Oracle Communications Convergence - Version 2.0 and later
Oracle Communications Calendar Server - Version 7.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Convergence 2-6.01 with Calendar Server 7

A calendar Co-Owner gets permission denied when creating private events; *but* the event is still created.

Furthermore, the Calendar Owner cannot see these private events.

- Calendar Co-Owner creates a private event in Convergence - Click Save
- A pop-up message appears that says:

'Only an owner of the calender can create private events in it'
- The Event is created.

There are two issues here:
1. The Co-Owner got notified that the event cannot be created, even though it was created.

2. The Co-Owner is not able to see that the event was created.
