exportData Produces Empty File when Using -range Option on Numeric Position Names such as DAY (Doc ID 1601984.1)

The exportData utility creates 0 byte file when using the range option.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Choose a measure where the inner most dimension contains only numeric positions. For example, DAY dimension.
2. Use exportData to export values for the range.
3. Since the position names are numeric, the range is processed incorrectly and the output value does not contain the range specified.
