Goal

After upgrading WLS 10.3.5.0.2 to 10.3.5.0.7

Receiving the following message:

Unable to transform input message using Script resource 'META-INF/resources/ProvisionOrderRequest2CreateOrder.xqy'; reported Script exception location: null
onMessage:Exception:[net.sf.saxon.trans.XPathException: Exception in extension function java.security.AccessControlException: access denied (oracle.security.jps.service.credstore.CredentialAccessPermission context=SYSTEM,mapName=osm,keyName=osmUser_osmlf read)]
Error on line 29 of *module with no systemId*:
  Exception in extension function java.security.AccessControlException: access denied
  (oracle.security.jps.service.credstore.CredentialAccessPermission
  context=SYSTEM,mapName=osm,keyName=osmUser_osmlf read)
