Symptoms
ISC_GetResourceBalance.isc iScript is not working as expected if the resource is granted as part of discount and Impact in discount step is configured as First Usage.
iScript is always reading any granted resource as 0.000000.
Steps:
1) Add below plugin in wireless.reg
Note:: ISC_GetResourceBalance.isc iscript works fine as expected if resource is configured initially in the product and discount is configured for consuming.
