Bulk Upload Of All Values - Can Not Write Data To The Error Log

Issue with Import from File on Demantra R12.2.1
When trying to import data into Demantra from Excel file. We are facing following error
1. Whenever there is error in Data import, we get message that it can not write to log file. So error details are not available (see the attachment with error message)
2. On using Import option "Bulk Upload of All Values" there is an error, but no error file is generated so we don't have the error details
Can not write data to the error log
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Demantra Collaborator Workbench
2. Open Worksheet
3. Import Data
