Convergence Does Not Display Option Screen Of IM9p3 With Instant Messaging (IM) Only User

Information in this document applies to any platform.
Using Convergence 2 with Instant Messaging Server 9p3.
If you have a user who only has the IM - Instant Messaging service (no Messaging or Calendar service), and if they log into Convergence,
they are unable to see the Instant Messaging options under the "Options" tab.
Using a Chrome browser, the following error is being thrown when trying to access the options:
