On Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) 5.6, an incorrect Data Filter appears in the FTP Process if Application Preferences have a different Folder Name from the folder where the Data Filter is stored.

Different FTP application preferences setting causes an incorrect Data Filter to be displayed in the FTP Process on Edit. For FTP processes, an incorrect "default" data filter is displayed as selected.  The correct data filter is not displayed if  preferences are not set to the Folder Name in which the Data Filter is located.

Expect correct Data Filter to appear on edit when opening the FTP Process.

Steps to reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Set Application Preferences Folder Name folder to be different than folder where Data Filter is created
2. Edit or View FTP Process
==> Wrong Data Filter appears as selected
