Java.net.MalformedURLException and 'ORA-01017: Invalid Username/Password' Installing Financial Services Service Pack (Doc ID 1602369.1)

Symptoms

When trying to install an Oracle Financial Services Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP), Profitability Management (PFT), or Asset Liability Management (ALM) Service Pack, you get two separate errors in the AplicationServicePack.log:

Error #1:
