Symptoms

Getting HTTP 500 error when going out of patient tab to any other tab in the case form

Showing the following error when we turned on the detailed error message in IIS:

"Request object error 'ASP 0104: 80004005'
Operation not allowed
/Include/CheckLogin_inc.asp, line 43"

Steps to Repeat:
1. Open a case
2. Go to Patient Tab
3. Try to go out of patient tab to any other tab
4. Observe that it give the HTTP 500 error
  "The Web site cannot display the page"
