ESM Mapping Tool LDAP User Login - Error - Account Does Not Exist In LDAP Server Or Was Not Found (Doc ID 1602430.1)

Symptoms

1. Getting the following error when trying to login to ESM Mapping tool using a user configured as LDAP user

“Error - account does not exist in LDAP server or was not found”

2. Non LDAP users can login to the LDAP Mapping tool with out any issues

3. Login to LDAP Server using LDP.EXE tool from the ESM Server

4. Error captured in wireshark:

OperationsError (000004DC: LdapErr: DSID-0C0906E8, comment: In order to perform this operation a successful bind must be completed on the connection., data 0, v1db1) [0 results]
