Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0113' Script timed out When Generating Case Data Analysis Report (Doc ID 1602445.1)

Case Data Analysis shows the following error when generating for all dates:

An error occurred on the server when processing the URL. Please contact the system administrator.
If you are the system administrator please click here to find out more about this error.

Detailed Error:
Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0113'
Script timed out
The maximum amount of time for a script to execute was exceeded. You can change the limit by specifying a new value for the property Server.ScriptTimeout or by changing the value in the IIS administration tools

Steps to Repeat:
1) Upgrade database instance from to 7.0.3.
2) Click on Reports > Aggregate Reports > System Report Library, and searched a report.
3) Set [Date Range] = [All Dates] and search report.
