The Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC/NCC) documentation is unclear about the Balance Expiry Extension Days and Hours in the Charging Control Services (CCS) User Guide.

In the following screen :

Services -> Prepaid Charging -> Wallet Management -> Periodic Charge tab -> "New" button
