MRP PLANNER WORKBENCH FORM OPENING WITH ORA-01403: No Data Found (Doc ID 1602537.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.5.10.2 version, Materials Requirements Plan.

 After successful completion of MRP, when user try to open the workbench following message is coming

ERROR

ORA-01403: no data found
ORA-06512: at "APPS.MRP_WB_BUCKET_DATES_SC", line 391
ORA-06512: at "APPS.MRP_WB_BUCKET_DATES_SC", line 582

--------------------------------------------------------------
FRM-40735: WHEN-NEW-RECORD-INSTANCE trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run MRP plan
2. Try to open workbench
