How Pipeline Reg File Three Parameters Control The Behaviour Of REL Performance (Doc ID 1602939.1)

Goal

This is to know how the following THREE parameters in Pipeline reg file control the behaviour to REL performance.

a) Change SequenceGeneration to Transaction (it defaults to Unit)
b) Change UnitsPerTransaction to X (let's say 10 for sake of argument)
c) Optionally change InputDirEmptyTimeout to a lower value to avoid waiting for new files if files are not present (e.g. set it to 10 seconds, say).
